Text to image generation of a comic illustrating one of my fears, the keyboard shortcut overwrites your text and you just come back to a single letter, like an ‘X’ for Cut or ‘S’ for Save. I’m a big proponent of keyboard shortcuts but this one still freaks me out when I accidentally trigger it by highlighting the text and hitting the letter before the ‘Control’ key. Fortunately, it’s brought back with a quick Ctrl+Z, right? Right?!?
Run locally using ComfyUI and Z-Image-Turbo. The biggest hang-up was the guy still facing the computer in the 4th panel. After a few attempts to tweak the prompt, I changed the image manually and flipped the guy horizontally.

Panel 1: A tired man with messy hair sits at a laptop, his face contorted in a look of pure horror. The laptop screen shows a white word processor page with only a single capital “S” in the middle.
Panel 2: Labeled “Earlier” in the top corner. The same man looks exhausted but proud, leaning back. A speech bubble says: “I’m finally done with my 350 page research paper.”
Panel 3: The same man is leaning forward, looking focused. A speech bubble says: “Now, just to copy everything and save it.”
Panel 4: The man is walking away from the desk with a satisfied smile. In the background, the laptop screen is visible, showing a document where a massive block of text has been replaced by a single capital “S”.
Style notes: Crude digital art, 2D, humorous, high-contrast colors, “bad” anatomy intentional.
