There’s a set of lips using the elliptical machine while his buddy runs on the elliptical track in the background during a solar eclipse, exactly what I asked for.

Usually, I have Gemma 4 12B QAT generate the prompt for me but it was just coming up with bizarre things that involved mannequins or humans with only muscles, or a floating set of lips that looked cut from a magazine just hovering in a gym. Another image was 80s synthwave style with lips, an elliptical, and a color in 80s neon. Not exactly what I was going for.
