Text to video generation for a “anime-style signature move after the end of a run” where the person wipes the sweat from their brow, flicks it to the ground, and flows bloom where the sweat landed. Inspired by my run this morning. Run locally using ComfyUI and MiniMax H3 (except one using LTX-2.5, which could not do the anime style).
I’m overall satisfied with the video generation, except the LTX-2.5 version. That one is laughably bad, besides not being able to do the anime style. Some of the MiniMax H3 attempts were so close except one thing like the voice sound effect or the wildflowers blooming EVERYWHERE. The prompt specifically said no breaktape and then clips through it or even had the character setting the breaktape down on the ground.
I really liked the action style with the lines indicating running fast. I was impressed with the sound effects of footsteps and breathing. It would be nice for the render to quickly generate keyframes for approval before rendering the whole thing when you can tell something is going to be off.
